Welcome to Boat Mobile Store (BMS). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our web platform, WhatsApp ordering concierge, and retail branch network across Ghana. By placing an order or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these provisions.

1Company Identity & Platform Scope
Boat Mobile Store (operating as BMS) is an authorized retailer and electronic technology distributor registered in the Republic of Ghana. BMS provides an omnichannel commerce platform consisting of our primary webstore, multi-branch point-of-sale inventory networks, and dedicated customer fulfillment services.
All transactions conducted via our online web platform, branch kiosks, or authenticated WhatsApp agents are subject to these unified Terms and relevant consumer protection statutes under the laws of Ghana.
2Hardware & Pricing Integrity
Every smartphone, computer, console, television, and accessory cataloged on Boat Mobile Store is sourced directly through manufacturer-authorized distribution channels.
- Ghana Cedi (GHS) Currency: All prices displayed on our website and invoices are denominated in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable statutory sales taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Real-Time Inventory Synchronization: Stock levels are synchronized in real-time across our central warehouse and physical retail branches. In rare cases where a simultaneous purchase causes stock depletion, our team will promptly issue a full refund or provide an equivalent prioritized upgrade.
3Orders, Payment Channels & Digital Invoicing
Customers may submit orders via web checkout, telephone, or our WhatsApp concierge. An order constitutes an offer to purchase, confirmed upon receipt of an automated Order Confirmation containing your distinctive BMS Order ID (e.g. ORD-2026-XXXX).
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money), Visa, Mastercard, secure bank transfers, and verified POS terminal payments at our physical branches.
Every order generates a tamper-evident digital receipt and PDF tax invoice specifying exact hardware serial numbers and IMEI codes for warranty protection.
4Fulfillment, Express Delivery & In-Store Pickup
Branch Pickup: Orders selected for branch pickup are prepared within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Ghana Card, Passport, Driver's License) and the order SMS confirmation at collection.
Nationwide Express Dispatch: Courier deliveries across Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, and other regions are dispatched using insured, tamper-evident courier packaging. Delivery timeframes typically range from same-day (metropolitan zones) to 24-48 hours (regional zones).
Inspection at Delivery: Recipients are required to inspect package integrity in the courier's presence before acknowledging final acceptance.
57-Day Return Window & Official 1-Year Warranty
Our terms incorporate our full 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy. Key stipulations include:
- Return or replacement requests must be registered within 7 calendar days of receiving the package.
- Hardware must include complete original retail boxes, bundled cables, and have cloud locking accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung) signed out.
- After the 7-day initial window, products transition into our 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty, covering verified factory manufacturing flaws and component repair.
6Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ghana, Boat Mobile Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party courier delays, user data loss, unauthorized device modifications, or software misuse.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Accra, Ghana.
